Subscription terms

Choosing Subscribe and Save creates a recurring monthly order, priced 10% below the one-off pouch price. Subscriptions are available on the single pouch pack.

Your first payment is taken at checkout. Each following payment is taken on the same date each month until you cancel. The discounted price applies to every renewal while the subscription remains active.

Delivery is charged at the standard rate for your destination on each order, unless the order qualifies for free United Kingdom delivery.

You can pause, skip or cancel at any time from the account link in your order emails, or by emailing ycf.mma@gmail.com. Changes made before the renewal date take effect on the next order. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

If a renewal has already been charged and dispatched, cancellation applies to the following order.

If we change subscription pricing we will tell you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, so you can cancel first.

If a payment fails we will retry it and email you. If it cannot be collected the subscription is paused rather than cancelled, so you can restart it without losing your discount.
