Returns and refunds

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us within that period by email and return the goods within 14 days of telling us.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, sealed food supplements that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned once opened. Unopened, undamaged pouches can be returned in full.

Email ycf.mma@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We will confirm the return address in writing.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or of you providing proof of postage, whichever is earlier. Standard outbound delivery is refunded on full cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including delivery, at no cost to you.
