• Order data: name, email, delivery address, phone number and order history.
• Payment data: handled by our payment providers. We receive confirmation and the last four digits only.
• Account and subscription data where you create one.
• Review submissions and affiliate applications you send us.
• Usage data such as pages viewed and device type, only where you consent to analytics.

To take and fulfil orders and manage subscriptions (performance of a contract), to meet accounting and consumer law obligations (legal obligation), to prevent fraud and improve the store (legitimate interests), and for analytics and marketing where you have given consent.

Shopify (store, checkout and payments), our fulfilment and delivery carriers, our email provider, and our hosting and database provider. Analytics and advertising tools only run after you accept them in the cookie banner.

Some processors are outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Order and tax records are kept for six years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time using the privacy settings link in the footer. Email us to exercise any right. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom, or your local supervisory authority.
